What are your store hours?
Our online store is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and much more!

Order Issues

Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change that for you. Email cricutaddictdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and address ASAP! We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered into the packing process. Please note changes to your order may be limited during periods of high volume, including launches or promotions.
Can I change the email address for my order?
We will be happy to change that for you. Email cricutaddictdesigns@gmail.com with your order number, original email, and the updated email address so we can make this change for you.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders after they have been placed. All sales are final. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes! As long as the order has not been placed into the shipping process, the order can be cancelled. Just email cricutaddictdesigns@gmail.com with your order information, we will be happy to handle it for you!

Payment, Promotions, & Rewards

Do discount codes expire?

While some things may last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time it is issued. Please keep in mind that these codes cannot be combined with other offers that are live on our site at the time your order is placed.

 Shipping & Processing

What are your processing times?
We offer fast shipping and processing (usually 1-5 days), however, during high volume sales times, and holidays, there may be a delay in shipping. We will try to get your order to you in a timely manner!



My Package says it's delivered but I didn't receive it!
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect. Your package will most likely be delivered within a day or two. However, we recommend contacting your local USPS to ensure the package wasn't delivered to a neighbor or stuck at the post office.
 
If you do not receive your order in 2 days after it has been marked delivered, please contact us at cricutaddictdesigns@gmail.com, within 14 days of your last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
Yes! We can deliver to a PO Box address!!
